Simplify negotiation and accelerate contract completion

Deal participants are users that have been selected specifically by other participants in the room to project manage a deal alongside them.


This article helps deal participants get set up smoothly.



Deal activity

  • Deal teams take on more stress than anyone with high drama condensed into a brief window.
  • Front Office AI aligns parties with real time alerts to clarify next steps.
  • The Summary tab of each deal provides a clickable feed to highlight previous deal activity.


Participant access

  • Deal participants can control user access from the Members tab and grant other users in the room specific permissions after they have been invited.
  • These permissions are separate from those found in organisation settings.


Manage terms

  • From a deal's Term sheet, participants can build term sheets from scratch with pre-approved legal clauses that can be imported from the organisation's Clause Library (managed in Settings).
  • Term sheets are versioned, enabling participants to track line by line changes between each negotiation.

Finalise docs

  • The Dossier tab houses all relevant documentation for a given deal.
  • Participants can create, edit and collaborate in real time with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project management tools clarify next steps and reduce hassle collecting eSignatures.

Complete Q&A

  • Secure messaging with stakeholders via the Comments tab concludes loose ends.
  • A backup of historic deals can be found by clicking your avator and selecting Deals from the dropdown menu.
