Streamline deal steps

Deal setups simplify negotiations by letting you link document and term sheet templates to deals e.g. purchase agreements or negotiation terms before the deal begins.


This streamlines negotiated agreements much faster than conventional tools.

 

Create a deal setup

To create a deal setup follow the below steps:


  1. Go to organisation settings and locate the General tab.
  2. Click the Deal setups dropdown and click ADD DEAL SETUP.
  3. Provide a name and description for the setup.
  4. Attach term sheet and document templates as required to streamline future deals.
  5. To start a deal using a configured deal setup select an organisation asset and locate the Deals tab in the left hand menu.
  6. Click ACTIONS to start a new deal and select the newly configured setup. Then click INITIATE DEAL to start.
  7. The attached templates appear in the Dossier tab of the deal room ready for immediate use.
