Set up your organisation

Customise information

  • Organisation details: Customise your organisation by adding a logo. Edit other organisation details such as name, email address, phone number and billing country.
  • Subscription: Configure subscription settings including adding a payment method and managing multiple subscriptions e.g. subscription for another organisation.
  • Tenants: Share resources with other organisations (tenants) including document templates and submissions. Accept tenancies from other organisations to access their resources.


Manage user access

  • Users: Manage organisation members, invite new and existing users, grant permissions, and enable specific asset access.
  • Departments: Organise users by assigning them to specific departments. Use departments to control member access to asset data and attribute fields, configured in Asset profiles

 

Complete your setup

  • Tags: Create keywords to organise documents, forms and notes.
  • Deal setups: Link document and term sheet templates to deals to speed up negotiations.
  • Clauses: Create text snippets for legal clauses that can be inserted quickly into deals or docs.
  • Media: Upload images for use in documents.
